1) Challenges & DIY (one-time)

Final sale once access is granted (plan assigned or community invite sent).
24-hour grace period (optional): If you cancel within 24h and before access is granted, we refund in full.
Transfers/credits: Within 7 days of purchase, you may transfer to the next cohort or apply credit toward a subscription.

2) Subscriptions

No refunds for past charges; cancel anytime to stop the next renewal.
30-Day Progress Coaching Guarantee: follow your plan 30 consecutive days (complete check-ins, log workouts/habits, communicate). If not satisfied, we coach you free until your first milestone (service credit; not money-back). One time per client; expires 45 days after signup.

3) How to request

Email us with your name, purchase email, and a brief note. For the guarantee, contact us within 3 days after day 30. We review within 5 business days.

4) Billing errors & duplicates

We promptly refund duplicate/erroneous charges once verified.

5) Notes

Taxes/fees are non-refundable except for billing errors.
We are an online educational coaching service (not medical care). No in-person services.
Local mandatory cooling-off or consumer rights will be honored where required by law.
